- We guarantee your 100% satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return or exchange.
- DavidZ.com will accept returns of unworn, re-saleable, regular price merchandise for exchange or refund. Return requests must be submitted online within 180 days of your order date. All final sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
- All items purchased with promotional or coupon codes are considered final sale items and are only eligible for store credit or exchange.
- Shoes returned without the original packaging will incur an $8.00 restocking fee. Please do not put any mailing labels on the original shoe box. An $8.00 fee will be incurred for any damaged shoe box.
- All returns must be pre-authorized. A Return authorization number (RA#) can be obtained on our website.
- Please allow 1-2 business days for the RMA# number to be issued to you via e-mail.
- Merchandise returned without pre-authorization will be refused. Please be advised that a restocking fee will be applied to refused shipments. The fee is $10 per pair plus the return shipping costs.

- The RA# must be indicated on the outside of the shipped package. The package will be refused without the RA#.
- Freight must be prepaid and the merchandise must be in its original packaging. No freight charges are refundable for any reason other than a shipping error on our part.
- We are not responsible for any returned packages that are lost by the shipping carrier.
- Our Customer Service department will acknowledge receipt of your return item via e-mail and will make every effort to ship your replacement item within one or two business days. For standard shipping you should receive your order within 5-10 business days.
- Please note that you will be charged $7.00 for shipping of your replacement item.
- Free shipping for orders over $150 is only applied if the item(s) is not returned. Full shipping charges will be deducted from the refund if item(s) is returned.
- Returns cannot be made in person and cannot be returned to any of David Z's stores.
- Please do not send shoes back to the manufacturer unless instructed to do so.
